Take 20!

The sun is out and the breezes are gentle.  It’s time to move our 20 minutes of meditation outside!

Lately, I’ve been taking the dogs over to a small park near our home.  It’s a quick and easy trip during the afternoon break and does wonders for the dogs and myself.  Molly and Madison get 20 minutes to romp and play – I get 20 minutes to sit on a bench and meditate.  Sometimes, I’ve had to move my meditation to the car with the windows down, but either way, it seems to break my old routine and I still get to that sacred space of peace with ease.

Once your intention to take the much needed time of peace is set, it’s amazing how much easily you will be able to go about your day.  I call it being on Angel time, which is always the perfect time for us and the perfect place we need to be at the moment. Twenty minutes twice a day, if you can manage it, will change your life by raising your vibrations, help you to tune into your guidance with more ease, and bring you peace.  The time goes by quickly and the more you do it, the easier it becomes to go to your “happy space of grace and peace”.

I hope you’ll consider your meditation practice in a new place this weekend.  It doesn’t have to be in a public space.  I encourage you to begin your meditation adventure anywhere you feel comfortable.
Just begin this step of meditation as it is the key to your health, happiness, and six sensory being.  It’s also a nice opportunity to say prayers at this time if you wish, speak to an array of angels, guides,  master teachers, and the Creator. You may want to journal the experience, notice any new awareness throughout your day, and drink water.

Enjoy your weekend in open hearted awareness of your beauty, and gifts.
