Autumn + birthday + sunflower = delight
Autumn days are here! It’s my birthday today and I was so excited to learn that our first sunflower has bloomed in the garden. Yay! I have always loved sunflowers ever since I was a child. We had story telling at the library and that was the first time I heard the amazing story about the mermaid who always looked to the sun and eventually became a sunflower. Sunflowers always bring me back to that wonderful time of discovery and imagination we experience during childhood.
My birthday wish is for you all to experience a wonderful week full of “first” delightful adventures.
