Quick question for you today.
Have you taken time to appreciate yourself? You do so much for others, but when was the last time you celebrated you?
Try this simple exercise to bring yourself back to balance and appreciate who you are.
Write down five things you like about you!
Tips:
Do not go mental on this exercise.
Write quickly without being too invested or you may start to judge what comes through.
Use paper and a smooth writing pen to help the arm/hand connection flow more easily.
With practice, you will remember just how likeable and lovable you really are. Everyone around you probably already knows it.
