Happy Spring Everyone!

I hope you will take some time to revitalize your life with joy, improved health and focus.  I recently went to a workshop and it was brought to my attention by a lovely healer that I was not taking good care of myself.  It was so true.  I was focused on work which I love, yet I was neglecting my creative side, and much needed quiet time.  There was a lack of balance and I definitely felt it through exhaustion. I was so grateful to this healer for her insight at the time that it brought tears to my eyes.

Many times we get so busy or stuck in our lives and have trouble moving forward and creating how we really want to live.  We are all human and this happens to us all at times.  We stop taking care of and nurturing the part of us that wants to create, play, and feel at peace.  While we love our friends, family and our work, we must find time for ourselves.

It’s not just a matter of asking for time, many of us have to learn to “take” the time we need for ourselves by delegating our work more often and not feeling guilty for our time away.  I promise you, the world will not end because we take time to recharge.  If a chore is left undone or not done the way we would do it, we can choose to let go of that need to control all aspects of our lives.

You can begin right now by taking a few deep breaths with your eyes gently closed when you feel drained and visualize, sense or feel your energy flow back into your light and physical bodies.  It’s wise and safe to take back your energy from people and situations. They don’t need your energetic attention and any discord can be offered to the God of your knowing. The angels are wonderful at helping you do this if you feel you need assistance.  Your asking sets everything into motion for transmutation and healing as they always honor your free will.
