Affirmations, Blessings, forgiveness
Akashic records, Christ Consciousness, forgiveness, heart center
As I forgive myself, it becomes easier to forgive others.
While we were on a road trip last week, we passed a church with a sign that said “Forgiveness is the new “F” word.” Now this really caught my attention and I hope it catches on, as forgiveness can be a real challenge for all of us.
Forgiveness is a word that carries a higher frequency of love. Many times when we are hurt, bullied, or feel victimized in some way, we are not in a state of love and grasp for other, not sot high vibrational words and actions, instead.
When we look into our Akashic Records, for example, we begin to understand why forgiveness is so important to ourselves and others. The act of forgiveness allows us to look at the larger picture of our human experience in relation to our soul’s yearning for knowledge and growth. When we allow ourselves room to forgive, we are operating at a higher vibrational level which in turn, allows for greater awareness, healing, and understanding. The bigger the lesson, the more difficult it can be to explore the idea of forgiveness. It’s definitely worth moving toward forgiveness as the rigidity of anger, fear, and debilitating sorrow can cause physical and mental rigidity in the body. It may lead to unhealthy addictive behavior, loss of creativity, and lack of direction in life.
Call on your angels and guides to help you with any concerns regarding forgiveness. Write or say your own prayer or affirmation regarding forgiveness every day. You may consider reading a daily inspirational book that will help you focus on the good in your life. You may need to seek out trained professionals for your particular circumstances, such as a grief and loss counselor, energy healer, therapist or free support group.
I know you can take the action steps to begin your own very personal exploration of forgiveness. Yes, it can be difficult at first to forgive, but so worth the effort. You will find, as your heart center opens more and more, through a practice of forgiveness, that it’s much easier than your realized. When forgiveness is given or received, know that it is your direct connection to the Christ Consciousness which lives within you.
“As I follow the path of forgiveness, life becomes a new, clean slate on which I can draw my new life plan as I wish.”
If you have a story to share regarding your own experience of forgiveness, please comment as I’m sure it will help inspire others reading this post.
Blessings of the power of forgiveness to you this week and always,
Margaret
