Do you ever feel you can’t be free to be yourself?
When you were younger, did anyone ever tell you to “just be yourself” and you didn’t know how to go about it?
Sometimes we ignore advice, especially when we don’t accept and embrace our unique beauty, humor, and skills. It happens to most of us here on planet Earth, so you are not alone.
Take a moment, if you will, to tune into your heart center today.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in peace and breathe out any tension.
Take note of the the beauty, strength and uniqueness bestowed within you and acknowledge that you have all that you need within for your unique journey at this very moment.
Breathe…and when you are ready, open your eyes. Notice how you feel about yourself. Trust and know that you are always loved and supported along your path.
Try this simple exercise whenever you feel awkward, or lack confidence.
See yourself as the confident, capable, and free to be you person that you really are at your core.
Express the real you and the world will be a better place indeed.
