What do you sense?

Sometimes the heart sees what is invisible to the eye.

H. Jackson Brown,Jr.

I hope you will take time throughout this weekend to sit quietly, soften your gaze to allow sensations to surround you while reflecting on your perception of love and what it means to you.  How does it feel, taste, sound and look? You may be surprised at the emotions and insight that may come into your awareness.  Pay attention to your intuition which works through your heart center. What does it tell you? How will you give love form in your life? Are you equally open to a more balanced exchange of giving and receiving?

Consider, if you will, writing what your receive regarding this practice while you are still experiencing an awareness of an open heart.

Enjoy the gift of love in all of it’s wonderful expressions,

Margaret
