Tip for you….cast a golden net over yourself, your day, your week, or over a difficult meeting with someone. Allow yourself a quiet space to get centered.

Close your  eyes gently, take a few deep breaths and visualize a golden thread coming through your crown chakra (the top of the head) to the best of your ability.  Allow the thread to grow more threads and allow it to weave a golden net around you.  Sit in this golden light for a few moments and then visualize yourself casting the net over your day, or any situation that you feel fearful or worried about.

Take a deep breath in now and release it with the sound Hah.  Trust and know that this golden light will ensure peaceful resolution to all concerned.  You may also create the intention of smoothing out your day.  Do whatever your spirit  feels is correct for you at this time.
