Shadows don’t have to be scarey. We can face our fears, anxieties and any shadows that we may be experiencing with our breath.

I am inviting you to close your eyes, and breathe deeply and gently now, all the way to your belly. Release the air slowly and gently…and as you do release your fears, anxieties and worries through your breath, know that you are reconnecting with the divine creator who will help you put your life back into balance and wholeness.  I encourage you to know and accept that your physical, mental and emotional bodies are now being healed through this beautiful and loving connection…Breathe in,you are safe…breathe out,you are loved.
